The PowerCore 4 now features many of the design and engineering features of our top-of-the-line Factory 4.1 exhaust - Factory Forward engineering, durable fixed mount, sleek formed endcaps and removable spark arrestor screen.

Although manufactured as a price point muffler, we didn’t cut corners on material.  We utilize aircraft grade aluminum for the canister and new fixed mount.  Strong, high grade stainless steel is used for the formed front and rear endcaps as well as the mandrel bent midpipe.

The PowerCore 4 is by far the best performing $300 muffler made.

We use them frequently on our team practice bikes, and all of us have them on our personal bikes. The PowerCore4 has so many outstanding features, and in today's economic times, its the best bang for your buck. On top of that the PowerCore 4 offers great overall performance features, its made of light weight aluminum, and you can just slip it on your stock header. Yes of course the FMF Mega Bomb, or Power Bomb header is a great upgrade too, but the PowerCore4 gives people the option to purchase in steps. FMF does a great job of making one of the best performing products for everyone out there. All riders, from the best motocross racers in the world, down to a beginner just starting out. FMF takes care of everyone's needs and that's something we can appreciate as a building privateer race team. The FMF PowerCore4 has been race proven by BBMX for sure!
